Estate Cabernet Sauvignon

We are thrilled to announce the release of another new wine, a straight varietal Cabernet Sauvignon from our 2021 vintage. When this was harvested, finally reaching optimum ripeness on 16 April 2021, the fruit had developed such powerfully deep flavours that we decided to make a separate batch of 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. After 22 months maturation in French barriques, one third new, it was finally bottled on 2 March 2023. It has rich and deep flavours of ripe concentrated cassis generously seasoned with cocoa, menthol, and cedar spice. Good tannin structure will ensure its exceptional cellaring potential
