Cabernet Sauvignon (68%) Merlot (21%) Cabernet Franc (11%). Aromas of vanilla, ripe blackcurrant, boysenberry, and raspberry fruit, with subtle mint and hints of cedar. On the palate, initially varietal Cabernet flavours of blackcurrant, followed by plum on the mid palate contributed by the Merlot, finishing with spicy characters from the Cabernet Franc of cloves, mint subtle vanilla and hints of liquorice. Long lingering finish.
