This shiraz has the same generous red fruit and spice on the palate as the Estate Shiraz , however, has been blended with 15% Hilltops Shiraz, and 2% Viognier. Silver medal at the Canberra and Region Wine Show 2023.

Description
When making this wine, we decided that due to the cooler ripening conditions and low yields, our Estate Shiraz fruit would benefit from the addition of some of the fuller-bodied Hilltops Shiraz. After blending trials, we opted for the combination three barrels of our Estate Shiraz, two barrels of Estate Shiraz Viognier and one barrel of Hilltops Shiraz. The result is a superb medium bodied Shiraz showing lifted floral bouquet, revealing a hint of Viognier, with fresh red plum, raspberry and red cherry on the palate, finishing with subtle vanillin oak and finely integrated tannins.
