Description

The 2024 vintage saw a welcome return to drier weather and ideal ripening conditions following the previous two La Niña years. For this vintage we sourced Sauvignon Blanc fruit from the stunning Tumbarumba region, revered for its ability to produce fruit of great purity, with intensity of flavours and bright natural acidity. Vibrant fresh flavours of pineapple, nectarine and white peach with a bright acidity providing a clean crisp finish.
