Our half dry “sweetheart” has universal appeal across a range of palates. The Sauvignon Blanc rich fruit flavours of pineapple, peach and passionfruit are beautifully balanced with natural acidity and minerality, resulting in a versatile wine that can be enjoyed with a range of dishes. It is a perfect match to spicy Asian cuisines, although equally enjoyable with fruit-based desserts or soft cheeses.
