Our half dry “sweetheart” has universal appeal across a range of palates. For this vintage we sourced Sauvignon Blanc from the stunning Tumbarumba region, revered for its ability to produce fruit of great purity, with intensity of flavours and bright natural acidity. Our half dry “sweetheart” has generous tropical fruit aromas and flavours of pineapple, passion fruit and peach. Balanced sweetness and acidity makes this wine a perfect complement to spicy dishes or creamy soft cheeses.
