A bright palate of white nectarine, grapefruit and a hint of vanillin oak. A blend of fruit from our estate and fruit from Tumbarumba brings a balanced, crisp and very food friendly Chardonnay into our portfolio. Our estate fruit provides ripe stone fruit flavours whereas Tumbarumba fruit adds acidity to balance flavours and lift the palate, resulting in an attractive Chardonnay that is reminiscent of a Chablis! An excellent wine to team with shellfish, poultry or a delicious risotto!
