Description

Crafted in two parts, this first release Canberra Viognier reveals soft peach and apricot flavours layered with delicate floral notes of honeysuckle and jasmine. Handpicked and cold-settled, it was fermented in stainless steel and rested on lees for four months before bottling. The result is a refreshing, textural, and elegant wine. Stay tuned for Act Two — the Viognier Reserve, a barrel-matured expression of this graceful varietal, set for release in early 2026
