The Canberra District Wine Book
|
In many ways the Canberra District is just like the fledgling
Hunter Valley of 30 years ago. It can expect to become a major
tourist attraction in its own right over the next 30, as visitors
to Canberra begin to fully appreciate the quality of the wines,
the beauty of the rolling hills of the district and the fine
food and accommodation available to visitors.
Canberra, the nations capital, has many public institutions
and tourist attractions that draw many tourists to the region.
From there, it is only a short journey to the vineyards and
wineries. The Winery Profiles and associated maps and touring
guides are designed to provide the visitor with all the necessary
information for touring and staying in the District and discovering
the fine wines available. There are many undiscovered treasures
among Canberra District wines and this book will help the
reader find them. The book was written by Brian. {120 pages,
full colour, 33 Winery Profiles}
